Alisa E. Sandoval is a Senior Associate and Litigator for Richardson|Ober|DeNichilo and focuses her practice on Real Estate and Community Association cases. Alisa’s areas of specialty include litigation, real estate disputes including transactions, partitions, title or PSA mediation.
Hooked from an early age on the idea of arguing on behalf of a client and the art of persuasion, Alisa has been preparing for a successful career as a litigator for many years. Add to that a strong sense of compassion for others and a desire for justice and you realize why Alisa’s clients put their complete trust in her abilities.

Alisa obtained her Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California Los Angeles in English Literature. Alisa is also fluent in Spanish.
Prior to R|O|D, Alisa worked as a litigator for Collins, Collins Muir & Stewart, LLP where her practice focused on general civil litigation. Alisa is licensed by the California State Bar and the U.S. District court for the Central District of California and is a member of both the Los Angeles County and Pasadena Bar Associations.
